Return Policy

Unless items are damaged, no refund shall be issued.

Please make sure you know your size before purchasing. No returns on items that are the wrong size. When you order your items please request signature to receive your items. ShèShell Beauty Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen goods. 

Please save tracking number upon purchase. Certain fashion items will take 20 days to ship, since certain items are special orders.

For instance, fitness wear items are considered special orders, and are manufactured upon purchase. You can contact me to find out before purchasing if the item is considered a special ordered items. 

Lipsticks, makeup brushes are not special orders so please allow up to 3 days for items to be shipped.
